We use clean, carefully selected ingredients sourced directly from trusted growers. Every product goes through controlled roasting and hygiene checks so you get fresh, flavour-rich, everyday snacks you can trust.
Do your products contain preservatives?
No. Our snacks are made using simple, honest ingredients without unnecessary additives.
How soon will my order be delivered?
Delivery time depends on your location:
Metro Cities: 2–4 working days
Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3–6 working days
Remote Areas: 5–8 working days
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link.
How can I track my order?
We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 2 business day, please contact us at (012) 123 - 4567
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer Free Shipping on orders above ₹499.
For orders below ₹499, a ₹49 shipping fee applies.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it is dispatched.
Once shipped, cancellation isn’t possible, but you may request a return after delivery as per our Return Policy.
Can I return a product?
Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
A complete unboxing video is required for damage, defect, or wrong item claims.
A ₹100 return/restocking fee applies.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. We offer exchanges for:
Damaged items
Wrong items
Size-related issues (for eligible products)
A ₹150 handling fee may apply.
How do I track my order?
After your order is shipped, you will get an email or SMS with a tracking link.
If you don’t receive tracking details within 48 hours, contact our support team.
