1. Shipping Locations

We ship Pan-India to all serviceable pin codes through trusted courier partners, including:

  • Bluedart

  • Delhivery

  • XpressBees

  • ShadowFax

  • Ecom Express

  • And other verified delivery partners


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day

  • Prepaid orders are dispatched first

  • COD orders may require verification via call or WhatsApp before shipping


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary by location:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 working days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–6 working days

  • Remote / Rural Areas: 5–8 working days

Please note: These delivery timelines are estimates. Courier delays can occur due to festivals, weather, logistics issues, or other external factors.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹499

  • A standard shipping fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹499

  • In rare cases, remote area surcharges may apply. You will be informed before processing.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email or SMS

  • A tracking number

  • A link to track your order in real-time

If you do not receive your tracking details within 48 hours, please contact our support team.


6. Delays & Unavailable Delivery Areas

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier operational issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Local restrictions

  • Festivals, strikes, or unforeseen events

If your pin code becomes unserviceable, we will contact you for cancellation and issue a full refund.


7. Missed or Undelivered Packages

If the courier cannot deliver because the recipient is unavailable:

  • A second attempt may be made

  • If the package returns to us, additional charges may apply for re-delivery

Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate and reachable.


8. International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.
