1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
You can request to cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse.

If your order has not been packed or shipped, we will cancel it and process a full refund within 1–2 business days to your original payment method.
Note: Cancellation requests sent via Instagram DM, Facebook messages, or any unofficial platforms will not be accepted.
2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you still wish to cancel, please accept the delivery and request a return as per our Refund & Return Policy.
3. COD Order Cancellation

COD orders may require confirmation via phone, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Unverified COD orders may be cancelled automatically.

Frequent cancellations may result in the COD option being disabled for your future orders.
4. Prepaid Order Refunds
If your prepaid order is cancelled successfully before dispatch:

A full refund will be issued to your original payment method

Refunds typically reflect within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank
5. Seller Cancellations
We may cancel an order in the following situations:

Product is out of stock

Invalid or incomplete address

Order flagged as suspicious or high-risk by the payment gateway

In such cases, you will be notified and issued a full refund if payment was already made.
