Refund policy

At Kishaan, we want you to feel good about every order you place with us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to support you. Please read this Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received

  • The return request is raised within 5 calendar days of delivery

  • A complete unboxing video is provided showing the issue clearly (damage, defect, or wrong item)

Returns raised without a proper unboxing video or beyond the return window cannot be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”

  • Personal care, food, health, or hygiene-related products once opened

  • Perishable or fragile items

  • Customized, made-to-order, or digital products (unless defective)


3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at kishaan.store@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery

  2. Share your order number, reason for return, and the unboxing video

  3. Once reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the pickup or self-shipping process

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Pickup is available in select locations; in other areas, customers must self-ship

  • A ₹100 return and restocking fee applies to all approved returns and is deducted from the refund


4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • Defective or damaged product

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Size-related exchange for eligible products (subject to availability)

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchange request must be raised within 5 days of delivery

  • Only one exchange is allowed per order

  • A ₹150 exchange handling fee may apply for size-based exchanges


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds for prepaid orders are processed to the original payment method within 8–15 working days

  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are not refundable

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The item shows signs of use

  • The original packaging is missing

  • No unboxing video is provided

  • The return is rejected after inspection


6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped

  • To cancel, contact us immediately at kishaan.store@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 7090333572

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible

  • Refunds for prepaid cancellations are processed within 1–2 working days

  • Repeated cancellations may result in account restrictions


7. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide a clear unboxing video showing the issue

Without the video, we will not be able to issue a replacement or refund.
